INDICATORS WORK BOOK
The indicator statistics contained in this work book are for Local Authorities and Local Enterprise Partnerships in northern England. They derive from two reports prepared for the Northern Eight (N8) Research Partnership’s project on The impacts of demographic change in the functional economies of the North of England (October 2010 to March 2011). This project was funded by a grant from ONE North East on behalf of the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, the Department of Communities and Local Government and the Department of Work and Pensions. The N8 Research Partnership for the project was led by the University of Durham (leader Ray Hudson) with the University of Leeds (leaders Phil Rees and Lisa Buckner), the University of Liverpool (leader Tom Cannon) and the University of Manchester (Leader Alan Harding). The Project was managed by Sarah Jackson, N8 Partnership and advised by Richard Baker, Northern Way.
